Iroro has just begun her Henry Fellowship. The Fellowship is a one-year program that focuses on design for impact and strategy for scale. It consists of an intensive week-long retreat, structured work over the year, and another week-long retreat at the end. We'll add more detail on Iroro's solution towards the end of his year with us.
Iroro is bat and nature obsessed. She first fell in love with the natural world through nature documentaries, and found her calling during a field course in Uganda studying bats. Since then, she’s discovered species once thought lost, built Nigeria’s first bat record database, and launched major zero-wildfire campaigns. She blends natural science academia with conservation action fluently. She’s also a budding poet.
