Pascal Mensah

Pascal has just begun his Rainer Fellowship. The Fellowship is a one-year program that focuses on design for impact and strategy for scale. It consists of an intensive week-long retreat, structured work over the year, and another week-long retreat at the end. We'll add more detail on Pascal's solution towards the end of his year with us.

About Pascal

Pascal works with senior policymakers across Africa to advance evidence-based economic strategies for growth. Born in a village in Ghana and raised across three continents, Pascal brings a deep commitment to—and understanding of—meaningful impact. He spent five years working in Argentina, first at a local finance firm and then for the IFC. He’s currently based in the UK and got his MPhil in Development Studies from Oxford.
