Operation Fistula developed a tool that documents and improves every interaction between a fistula patient and her medical team along the care continuum. They also drive new money to the best surgeons as an incentive to treat more fistula patients.

Seth is an operations and systems engineer. He's led new business development, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning in large companies. Once he learned about the catastrophic effects of fistula in Africa, he became obsessed with using his skills to end a global problem. Seth's on a mission to end obstetric fistula everywhere by 2045.
