Darsel partners with public schools so administrators can onboard teachers who then onboard students to the simple, game-based messaging learning platform.

Abdulhamid is the founder of Darsel. Early math tutoring in his childhood led to a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science, followed by a career in management consulting. He was pursuing an MBA and a Master's in International Development when the pandemic struck, and the resulting school closures pushed him to develop low-tech EdTech solutions for low-resource settings (like his home country Syria).
