Simon Graffy

Simon has just begun his Rainer Fellowship. The Fellowship is a one-year program that focuses on design for impact and strategy for scale. It consists of an intensive week-long retreat, structured work over the year, and another week-long retreat at the end. We'll add more detail on Simon's solution towards the end of his year with us.

About Simon

Simon co-founded Inspiring Teachers to make great teaching easier at scale. He began as a teacher himself and went on to build LRTT, a social enterprise that trained thousands of teachers across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. Over time, his focus shifted from training individuals to creating better systems—through tech tools, smarter coaching, and anything that actually helps teachers teach better. A dad to three kids under three, Simon is constantly thinking about foundational learning.
