Malaria, pneumonia, and diarrhea kill kids—but they’re easy to cure if treated fast. Clinic distance and cost get in the way. Take care to their doorstep and you can save lives.
In 2004, Jenny moved to Togo as a Peace Corps volunteer. She fell in love with the country and learned that over 70% of the population lacked access to the most basic health services. In response, she started Integrate Health, got her Masters in Public Health, and then took the organization to the next level. Jenny is persistent in her work to help communities left behind by the traditional, one-size fits all approaches to development. She plans to scale the Integrate Health model to the entire country and deliver better healthcare to 5M people.
