In Indian public schools, rote learning is still the norm—and it doesn’t deliver results. India has added a lot more teachers to government classrooms, but quality teaching is still rare. Kids learn best when both curriculum and teaching are engaging, dynamic, and tailored to their individual needs.
About Kruti
Prior to Peepul, Kruti led Ark India's work to improve accountability in education, and their public private partnership in Delhi. Her previous experience includes McKinsey, where her expertise was in consumer goods, retail and agri-business. She's also had stints at The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, where she specialized in fiscal policy and financial reform. She has an MSc in Development Economics from LSE.
