How It Works
Sanku's secret sauce is making nutrient fortification easy and free for millers. Their dosifiers bolt onto small and medium mills and automatically add micronutrient premix to every bag of flour. Millers pay for premix but get cheaper bags—zero net cost for millers, and more nutritious flour for families.

Sanku has cracked the small and medium mill segment—a breakthrough reaching millions of families across Africa. Fortification is proven science (it's the norm in rich countries); their dosifier machines make it automatic and affordable. They've achieved market saturation in Tanzania and are expanding to Kenya with optimized technology and unit economics. Their path to government mandates is getting clearer. Their model works where families actually process food—local mills—rather than trying to change consumption patterns. This is smart, scalable, and ready for growth.
