Cinch leases land from smallholders, creating "mosaic farms" that are big and contiguous enough for high-productivity farming. With bigger farms they can invest in irrigation and equipment, plant higher-value crops, and sell to better markets. The land is much more productive and farmers make more money with less work.
Mosaic agriculture unlocks productivity for small, fragmented farms across Africa, lifting millions out of poverty while profitably producing high-value crops for growing markets.
Land aggregation that benfits smallholders is a big idea that offers a creative solution to smallholder poverty with real potential for scale.
