SFC developed an inventory of finance solutions that can work across contexts. Their superpower is ferreting out clever ways to use things like tax codes and bond structures to unlock capital. They then match investors and donors with local conservation organizations deploying top-notch conservation plans.

Why We're In
There’s a huge need for reliable, long-term financing in conservation, and SFC has shown their inventory of solutions can be tailored across diverse landscapes. They didn’t invent bonds or tax incentives – the magic (and the impact) comes from adapting these common tools to funding needs of conservation in specific landscapes. It's early, and they're building more examples of success stories to prove the model.
